Q. I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
A. A new order can be canceled within 24 hours of making a payment. Since the orders are normally made to order or custom made, I cannot allow a cancel after production has begun. To cancel an order you would need to use the "contact me" tab or email ALL TIED UP. Since the transactions are being done through Paypal I would issue a refund through paypal. If you want to change your order or add something to it please email [email protected] with the confirmation from Paypal. If it has been longer than 24 hours a change cannot be made.
Q. I havent recieved my merchandise yet. Why is it taking so long?
A. After your order has been shipped I will email or send you a confirmation or shipping label letting you know it has been shipped. I will send it to the information that you provide through paypal. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate. You will be able to enter this tracking number on the USPS website and locate the date you would expect delivery. If you feel that your order has not been recieved in a proper time frame or have any questions about shipping please feel free to contact us. Please allow up to 2 weeks for packages to be recieved.
Q. My order isn't right. It's not what I ordered or it's messed up. What do I do?
A. Every product is made based on the way you want it customized or the design that you choose. If there is an honest mistake on my part or something is not of satisfaction, I will replace that item free of charge. I will only replace the item if the mistake is done on ALL TIED UP'S part. If you make a mistake with the order or are not specific about the design you like, we cannot be responsible for that. Please review your order before submitting it. Should a mistake arise, please contact ALL TIED UP as soon as you recieve the product. I will offer an acceptable solution as soon as possible. You can contact ALL TIED UP using the email [email protected].
Q. I want to order but I'm not in the U.S. Do you ship overseas?
A. Currently, ALL TIED UP can ship globally, but there is an additional fee. Please contact me before ordering so you are aware of the extra shipping cost.
