Sometimes we order things that aren't quite what we thought they may be, or the right color, or maybe it was an impulse buy. It happens to all of us. So, our guarantee is simple. Although I do not accept returns as long as the item was not a custom order I will be happy to exchange the item. Great customer service is important to me and if you have any issues, ALL TIED UP will do there best to resolve it in a timely manner.
The items we make to order are based on a serious inquiry only, which means those cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you order seriously.
Exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective. You have 3 calendar days to report any problems. If the item needs to be mailed back, buyer pays all shipping cost for returns. Shipping cost for exchanges are not paid by the seller. Do not return the item before contacting us. Any exchange has to include a Returned Authorization Number (RAN) provided by ALL TIED UP. After you have reported a problem please wait on us to contact you back with this information. Item must be exchanged within 3 business days. After the item is received back, ALL TIED UP will work to resolve any issues.
Only one exchange is allowed per customer per order. Therefore if you have exchanged the tie once and still do not like what you receive a second time then no exchange can be done beyond that.
