ALL TIED UP accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay as soon as they place the order. If payment has not been received for an item (online) or custom made by the second day of placing the order, your order will be canceled.
If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.
ALL TIED UP charges a $3.00 USPS First Class Fee for all orders that are shipped within the U.S. There is an additional charge for items mailed Priority or Overnight.
Shipping
Processing and production of your order will begin during the next business day after payment is received. .
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS.
Currently, we only provide shipping to U.S. states. I do not ship international. I will only ship to the confirmed address you submit when you pay for your items. If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal or at the checkout please contact the seller prior to payment. If the PayPal address is different, and no special instruction has been provided, ALL TIED UP will send the order to the address provided through PayPal or at checkout. NO EXCEPTIONS! Refunds and Exchanges
I'm sorry but at this time ALL TIED UP cannot accept refunds, please purchase seriously.
If the item is a custom order please be very specific, I cannot be responsible for information that wasn't provided.
Exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective. You have 3 calendar days to report any problems. If the item needs to be mailed back, buyer pays all shipping cost for returns. Shipping cost for exchanges are not paid by the seller. Do not return the item before contacting us. Any return has to include a Returned Authorization Number (RAN) provided by ALL TIED UP. After you have reported a problem please wait on us to contact you back with this information. Item must be returned within 3 business days. After the item is received back, ALL TIED UP will work to resolve any issues.
